About the event

Five talented artists share the stage at Piano Smithfield - a mix of debuts, special guests and touring acts .. but always three brand new artists each time,. This month, we have superb contemporary singer-songwriter Satch debuts with with a special acoustic band lineup, Tanzanian soul artist Tofa pus a big welcome back to two wonderful singer-songwriters and vocalists Kerrie Masters and Natalie Good.

Satch is an unforgettable live performer, who writes songs as compelling as the voice that sings them. Hailing from Sussex, this artist vulnerably tells his story through ‘genre-queer’ arrangements, lyrical candor and esteemed ‘Satch and Leo's Transmission’ podcast.

Garnering serious stamps of approval from playing some of the worlds most important festivals (Glastonbury, Reeperbahn) and airplay and live shows at the BBC, Satch is breaking ground in both musical and political arenas. Backed by a gifted band and with the release of his debut album imminent, there’s never been a better time to witness Satch’s live show.

Singing from her Soul. It is impossible not to be moved by the beautiful soulful sound of Kerrie Masters, a highly talented singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, you will love her unique and chocolatey tone. . Kerrie’s new EP ‘Better Place’ has already received radio play on BBC Introducing and BBC Essex:  ‘Charisma, character in abundance and soul bursting from Kerrie Masters – we adore it‘.

Tofa Jaxx is a singer, songwriter and notable live performer from Tanzania. His smokey, unique and mysterious voice loves the musical genres like R&B, neo noul, jazz, afro-fusion and reggae. Tofa gets most of his inspiration from the stories of his life.

Brought to our screens in early 2020, Natalie aired her audition on ITV's "The Voice UK". The media took a storm to her performance, featuring in articles such as "The Express", "Female First" and "Telly Mix". Furthermore, Natalie has recently collaborated with established artists. Natalie's music has been played on BBC radio, as well as being interviewed on air by Vibe Radio 107.6 and London Live TV.

Special Guest - to be announced - will open the night.
